Electric sets are wound by hand from thermal tempered high tolerance nickel plated steel which has a very flexible feel making them excellent for bending notes and producing a very bright tone.

TE Series Teflon Coated

Similar to HE series but lubricated and protected with an enhanced PTFE Teflon coating.  This protects and lubricates the string allowing very fast playing together with extended string life, up to 3 to 6 times, together with less fret and top not wear, ease of tuning due to allowing the string to move freely through and over the top nut.
